We buy HMS SCRAP MAINLY FROM AFRICA(stock lots only), our target price is between: 90:110 US$/ton.we pay by L/C (upon sight).I am looking at a target rate of $100 FOB.Can buy upto 12000MT per month.However, my first purchase will be for between 3000-5000 MT to check out the material and then have a revovling l/C.I dont wish to have many supplier just one reliable partner.
